The “organ” is the result of a geological history of more than 5 million years.

Located not far from the Circus of Navacelles, this cave is in fact an old swallow-hole whose opening is done on the plate of Thaurac.
Source of legends sometimes terrifying, this cave was discovered in 1770. But, it is E. Martel, the man of the Swallow-hole Armand which it first carried out an exploration of this cave in 1889.
It offers a completely original characteristic since it comprises a station of funicular and it is by these singular means of transport that one reaches it without any tiredness.
The principal room is majestic by its dimensions: the vault rises with 50 meters in height, it extends on 120 meters broad. It is necessary to take its time to appreciate the immense columns which gives him an air of cathedral just like the temperature and the impression of majesty which reigns there.
It is in this cave that one will be able to admire celebrates it stalagmite of the Virgin to the Child perched on his white calcite support.

the TEG is used as a basis of discussion with the banks for measuring all the finance charges well.
The TEG covers 4 essential points: the nominal rate (fixed or revisable), expenses of file, insurance (constant or decreasing) and expenses of guarantee. A detailed analysis of each one of them makes it possible to confirm the methods of the financing. The revisable rates (all duration or by section of duration) require forecasts of rate because are not taken into account in the TEG
the TEG must be supplemented by the comparison of the overall costs of the loan, at the same time with the expiry and in the event of advance payment.
For evaluating the solution of financing well, you must take into account not only the TEG but also the total costs of the various financial elements. Your analysis will relate then to an entire amount in of euros easier to measure than a rate. the TEG does not take into account the qualitative aspects of the loan which must be carefully compared and analyzed (evolutionarity of refundings, possibility of differed, penalties of advance payment, constant or decreasing insurance…)
Withequal or close rate, you must adopt the most flexible solution of the financing in term of refunding, it brings a better safety to you and also allows you to accelerate refundings. The possible penalties of advance payment also constitute an additional cost to take into account.
the TEG must fall under a total step of choice of the best bank for you: proximity, pallet of the proposed services, reactivity and quality of the commercial approach.

Also compare the ancillary services and the range of what each bank can bring to you (services Internet, management of wallet, loans personal, etc…)
