 The French Federation of the Real Hunters
The French federation of the Real Hunters has the role to join together, frame and represent near the customers, of the professionals of the real estate and the public authority, the real hunters eager to follow this occupation in the respect of the professional ethic and the law of January 2, 1970 regulating the real profession.
Law N° 70-9 of January 2, 1970
Article 1 (extracted)
The provisions of this law apply to the natural persons or morals which, in a usual way, is delivered or lend their contests, even with title accessories, to the operations carrying to the goods of others and relating to:
1) the purchase, the sale, the exchange, the lease or sub-renting, seasonal or not, into naked or with of furnished, of or not built built buildings.

the Real Hunter is an Real estate agent. This profession is regulated. Within the framework of this regulation:
Obligation to have a business card.
Formal prohibition to box expenses of some nature that it is before the realization of its mission, such as:
Installment on fees.
Payment for services.
Expenses of file.
Expenses of report.
Travelling expenses.
All the adherent members of the FFCI, signatories of the professional ethics charter of the real hunters, are:
Holders of the Business card Real Transaction, and do not perceive any amount of money as expenses of file, before the realization of their missions.
