A framework wood for a garage
This generic term indicates any construction of which the carrying structure is exclusively made up of pieces of wood.
The garage with framework wood is characterized by the speed of its construction, its incomparable thermal performances, the possibility of reducing the foundations and of the paraseismic predispositions.
Roof doubles slope
The posts of support which ensure the great stability of these buildings are out of exotic wood Iroko or similar.
The framework out of wooden, cross-pieces breakdown ridge sheathings sand pits and farms are in fir tree of the North of importation.
The farms come to be bolted at the end of the posts, to block the nuts.
The assembly of the framework by bolts and mortises is easy to realize (a few hours according to the size of the garage). It is enough to follow note of the very explicit and practical assembly, provided with each building.
Doors: with 2 leaves, opening outside with lock and 2 keys and reinforced by an iron with the square anti-deformation (galvanized). The doors all are ready and to only pose on the hinges, them same fixed on the posts.
Fixing on the ground: The vertical posts of support, which ensure the solidity of the garage and which supports the farms, are provided at their base with irons to the square, bored holes, allowing the passage of a long holding-down bolt intended to be drowned in cement base. These bolts belong to our supply.
For cement base, 3 solutions are possible:
1: Dice out of cement or hollow blocks hidden in the ground and blocked by cement and placed under each post, then to block the holding-down bolts in the breeze blocks.
2: Girdle in hollow blocks on which the posts will come to be fixed thanks to the holding-down bolts. Possibility of empierrer then interior of the belt, and if required to run a cap of completion.
3: To prepare a rough exceeding cement flagstone from 10 to 20 cm outside dimensions of the garage. To fix the posts on this flagstone, to block the holding-down bolts. Then to make, if necessary a cap of 3 cm thickness completion approximately when the garage is assembled.
Screws and bolts: The connecting holding bolts of the framework as well as the screws and the discs intended for the fixing of the coating and the cover belong to our supply.
