Your swimming pool must answer 3 criteria: quality, safety and longevity.

The assembly of a swimming pool in kit is carried out in two weeks, with two people.

Positioning of the swimming pool on your ground, choice of the form and the bottom
Positioning must be carried out according to the sunning, of the wind prevailing, opposite compared to the vicinity and the constraints related to town planning (the regulatory distances compared to the pieces of the neighbors are registered at the municipal engineering services). The ideal ground is flat, without opposite, without rock nor water and having an access suffisament broad for the passage of the tractopelle one
The choice of the form is very personal. All the forms are realizable within the framework of the swimming pool in kit. We advise to choose a form simple (form square or rectangular) to simplify the problems of cover (automatic or by cover) and of cleaning (robot).
The choice of the bottom of your swimming pool: Do not envisage, a too major bottom (maximum 190 cm for one 8 X 4 m). A too deep swimming pool will be longer to heat and more expensive of maintenance. Choose a bottom in “point diamond” or “truncated pyramid” allowing to have a zone of small bath and to have foot all around the basin (plays of balloon).
Nature of the ground:
Original ground preferably. In all the cases the elements will have to be buried in the original ground at least of 80 centimétres. For the grounds in declivities, there exist several solutions.
Great declivity:
Locate item 0, i.e. the height of the swimming pool finished at the point low. To work out a plan for the possible beaches around the swimming pool by calpinage according to dimensions of the flagstones. Made a platform of total dimension, without forgetting the width necessary for the development of a retaining wall on the high parts.
It should be noted that the concrete elements can be used as retaining wall. Also think of the access by staircases. Trace the swimming pool for its final installation, then check dimensions of the plan.
Average declivity:
Draw a plan of the project with the beaches
Take the broadest part in the direction of the declivity. Check with the glasses the difference in level. Until 1,50M you can distribute as follows:
Low wall of supporting of 80 centimétres for the high part, finishing in range on the side parts. Sloping on the low part. Less 1,50M divide the height by 2 for a peripheral sloping.
Do not forget to envisage drains with the bottom of the slopings in end of the beaches. On flat ground, if you must be connected to an existing terrace, made attention as in Point 0.

EARTHWORK FOR A SWIMMING POOL WOOD EXCEPT GROUND
According to the installation that you will have chosen for your swimming pool (out-ground, half-sunken, buried), you must run a concrete flagstone after having made the excavation or not according to the case.
To determine the surface of your concrete flagstone (concerning the round models): directly trace a square of 6 m X 6 m (see diagram).
Before the casting of your concrete flagstone you must place a polyane (plastic film) on all the surface of casting. Run then a cover of reinforced concrete, perfectly plastered or smoothed. The least defect is visible and can harm the behaviour of your swimming pool.
EMBANKMENT
For the half-sunken swimming pools and the wet grounds, an embankment, with fine gravel to support the peripheral drainage and a better drainage, are highly advised.
HARDWARE REQUIREMENT FOR the ASSEMBLY Of a SWIMMING POOL WOOD EXCEPT GROUND
Drilling machine + electric Screw driver/augers of 4,5,6,7 and 8/Screw clamp/Phillips screwdriver/Two-handed hammer or mass of ± 1 kg/Mallet/Adjustable pliers/Hacksaw/Brush/Hold of wood/Cutter/Marker/Spirit level/Adhesive tape/Meter/Wood saw (for if required shortening the masks of exterior angles from 3 to 4 mm, if need be)/key 6 sides.
Set-up time: 15-20 hours with 2 people (except and setting tillage in water). Longest being often filling of the basin. Observe well the order of the stages of assembly that we give you: this will thus avoid you errors waste of time.
PROVISION ON THE GROUND
Before beginning the assembly, you must locate the future site of the skimmer and scale. The wall supporting the tube of repression must be adjacent with that of the skimmer
