• The heat of wood

Side forms, a veranda is not more necessarily rectangular and can follow contours of the building by marrying the angles, but whatever its form, it should never unbalance the lines and the volume of the house nor to crush it by its size.

Sections used out of aluminium
This alloy is very corrosion resistant, perfectly anodisable and laquable, and of a high breaking strength.
Anodization will be always of class 15 (15à19 microns) and with preliminary chemical satining.
The enamelled profiles make the object of approvals “QUALICOAT” and marine quality. The profiles with rupture of cold bridge are the subject of a favorable technical opinion.
The chassis carried out break up into 3 principal families:
Profiled without rupture of cold bridge (“cold” series)
Profiled with rupture of cold bridge
Door frames with rupture of cold bridge and opening with cold series (sections with opening hidden for the chassis with striking)
The range used by company MENBAT-ALU makes it possible to use the same plans of reservations for the three families quoted above; indeed the width of our door frame will be always 50 mm and in the majority of the cases we will choose a door frame offering the typed possibility of clipper and flaps. Typed and used flaps will be function of doubling. (100, 120,140,160)
• Lacquering
In order to manage our stock as well as possible, and to be more competitive MENBAT-ALU regards as “standard” the following colors: white RAL 9010, bronzes RAL 1247, red RAL 3004, green RAL 6005 and blue RAL 5003.

 • Natural of hardware and accessories
All used screws and bolts is out of stainless.
The squares, flippots, casement bolts, crutches, handles of pulling are out of aluminium.
The mounting feet delivered for the installation of joineries are out of galvanized steel.
All the joints installed are in EPDM.
• Frame with striking
Opening of round form are with covering on door frames. Their width is of 60 Misters.
All our frames with striking comprise two joints: an exchange and one of beat on the level of the covering of opening.
The assemblies of the frames are made out of cut of mitre, with squares moulded assembled and fixed mechanically by screwing. The hinge plates employed are of the type to be protested.
• Chassis sliding
Types of door frames: with one, two or three rails.
The nature of the rail is either out of stainless polyamide or.
The rollers in zamac have a resistance of 120 kg.
The casements wallets of round form are assembled by screwing. Those make it possible to glaze from 9 to 24 Misters.
• Doors
Opening are either périmétrals, or assembled with base in low cross-piece. Their width is of 50 Misters Seuil in conformity with the payment with accessibility with the handicapped people.
The locks installation of mark STREMLER are embedded.

• Verandas
